DeepGenome is a non-profit initiative created with international group of researchers and entrepreneurs from Switzerland and USA for building and leveraging new tools used for analysis of Big Data in Genetics, Genomics and Epigenetics based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The goal of Deep Genome is to create easy access to simple and scalable solutions that allow fast and reproducible analysis of empirical data from sequencing projects.
Our products help with analysis of raw data from large sequencing projects, sequence data quality control, epigenetic analysis and analysis of variant calling data. All packages created by members of our group are made available for free as open source software (GNU License). Each package is supported with extensive manual and tutorial.
DeepGenome is supported by SwissAI network an educational platform for improving the knowledge and trust
to AI and ML that builds a network for greater purpose.
