Deep Roots Farm

Deep Roots Farm is a regenerative “O”, women-owned and operated farm located in Brandywine and Upper Marlboro, MD. Spanning 50 acres, the farm cultivates vegetables, herbs, fruit, and flowers while also raising chickens to nourish the local community. The term regenerative “O” reflects a holistic farming approach that fosters continuous innovation and improvement across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. At its core, regenerative agriculture prioritizes soil health while upholding high standards for animal welfare and worker equity. The goal is to create farming systems that work in harmony with nature, enhancing the well-being of all living beings involved.
