๐๐ผ In 2022, ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐.๐๐% of European VC funding went to Black founders.
๐๐ผ ๐๐% of LGBTQ+ founders feel that they have to hide their identity from investors.

The purpose of Deep Tech Diversity is to share the stories of female & diverse leaders in the deep tech sector; showcasing the positive impacts they've had and barriers that they've faced on the way.
We hope to inspire future generations who are considering a career in tech innovation, but are perhaps hesitant. We also hope to change the level of understanding that majority demographics have about existing diversity challenges. Allyship is essential to shaping a positive future.
