DEFENDER SAFETY SERVICES offers: • Developing, implementing, and managing HSE (COR/SECOR Audits) and Transportation (NSC) management systems
• Full support for compliance site management: ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.
• Conduct assessment and planning processes for new divisions, mergers and acquisitions, jurisdictional expansion, etc.
• Implement various HSE software solutions to improve administrative and management processes
• Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessments for organizations
• Conduct remote and on-site Emergency Response and Incident & Accident Management and Investigation
• Liaise and manage insurance claims
• Manage WCB Claims and conduct WCB Claim reviews and appeals
• Develop Project and Site-Specific Safety Execution Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Security Plans, etc.
• Develop Prime Contractor Programs to ensure compliance with OHS requirements
• Staff and oversee safety personnel for Capital Projects and Turnarounds
• Oversight of a team of safety field personnel including coaching and mentorship
• Develop and Facilitation of Safety Training
