Be a defence technology knowledge centre for Ministry of Defence in order to advice on policies and plans to the Minister in defence science and technology development.
Coordinate and cooperate in the field of defence technology with other government agencies, related academic institutes and private sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Promote and support trainings, researches and human resources developments in the field of defence technology.
Be a centre in providing data and information in the field of defence technology and promote academic activities to transfer appropriate defence technology to the civil society.
