Defensor was founded in 1948 and started its activities by developing and selling disinfection devices for animal houses. In the following decades the business shifted towards humidification for agriculture and for industrial production and storage processes. In the 80's, Defensor claimed to be the only company with the triple know-how in humidification, offering a wide range of resistive steam humidifiers, atomizers and evaporators.
Defensor is no legal entity any more but a brand (IP) of Condair Group AG.
