DEF Group, founded in 2017, is a lifestyle brand, focusing on martial arts, community, and wellness. DEF Group manages two major brands: SHBJJ (Shanghai Brazilian Jiujitsu) and DEF Boxing. At DEF, our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself. Our vision is for you to do this by being a part of the best wellness community with martial arts training as a core discipline. With DEF, our approach to wellness is that you need to EARN it. Exercise includes all the disciplines we offer at DEF, not limited to martial arts training, but including all the fitness and recovery regimens that are critical to keeping oneself in the best possible physical condition. Association refers to our relationships. A sense of community encourages us and energies us, giving us the motivation to keep working towards common goals and improving together. Rest is not just about physical rest, it is also about the best ways to deal with emotional and mental stress, through techniques as well as release through practice and community bonding.
