Define is a training ,coaching, and mentoring organisation for people who feel underrepresented such as refugees, asylum seekers ,migrants and displaced people and community leaders and professionals and organistions that support these groups .We offer high quality workshops embeded with professional and lived experience in various of sectors from education, employbility, leaderships, creativity, wellbeing and understanding host community's culture and system , we offer game and activities,sports training . Using lived experience, our trainers work to be a positive role model to other asylum seekers,refugees and migrants …and help them to access opportunities, develop confidence and rebuild their lives in host communities and become inspiring leaders in their communities.
