Define coaching

In 2020, Define coaching was formed as part of The Define Group of Companies with a mission to support others in achieving more than they ever thought possible. At Define coaching we believe that individuals are always developing, learning and adapting. Being successful does not necessarily mean reaching your full potential or being entirely fulfilled and this is where coaching can add value. What is coaching? Coaching is an investment in people. Through a process of learning and development, coaching enables individuals to maximise performance so they are able to reach their full potential and achieve personal fulfillment. How is this achieved? Through a systematic programme of discovery and learning, the client and I develop and agree a set of goals and objectives to support them in their journey. We will work through a 6 stage transformation process, consisting of 121 sessions, either face to face or via video call. Together, we will develop an action plan of how you (the client) is going to reach your desired outcome (s). Who is it for? Define coaching is for individuals who are open and ready to be the very best version of themselves, in all aspects of their lives. Whether you are coming to me directly, or you have identified an employee who would benefit, Define coaching is for individuals with a challenge or barrier (only needs one) to overcome, improve a specific area, or simply a hunger to maximise potential. In the last decade, there has been a boom in business coaching, and it is now one of the fastest growing areas of consultancy. Why? Because today’s organisations demand innovation, greater entrepreneurialism and autonomy from their leaders. Coaching is no longer viewed as remedial intervention – it is now a proven resource to develop and grow valued leaders, allowing them to take their performance to the next level.
