As well as de:fy:h8, we run a social enterprise that helps people with learning difficulties and mental health problems get back into the workplace, or find their place with us. Over the years, we’ve witnessed first hand how empathy and understanding can revolutionise a person’s life and give them a sense of belonging, a sense of purpose and a meaningful role within society. Too often, we’ve encountered people who don’t know how to see the value in others, but we KNOW that within everyone’s heart lies the capacity for change. We’ve seen it for ourselves.
