I'm an independent coach and speaker with multiple certifications and over a decade of experience supporting clients to define and achieve their professional and personal goals, overcome their challenges, and generate results they love. My coaching programs have helped hundreds of clients transform other important aspects of their lives. I've a been a featured speaker for many organizations and lead popular in-person and virtual workshops. I'm a requested podcast guest and recently hosted The Wellness Show on KWVH 94.3 FM. I was the senior on-staff coach, trainer and facilitator in Right Management’s flagship NYC office for several years before launching my own company. Having re-invented my own life several times, my programs are grounded in my personal experiences, setbacks, and successes, as well as extensive study with esteemed mentors. As a business executive, I previously held senior leadership roles in agency, corporate and non-profit settings, and as a valued consultant and coach to executives and entrepreneurs. I led the founding team of Folio-award-winning Spirituality & Health Magazine and was deeply influenced by the renowned thought leaders from multiple disciplines that I interacted with during the magazine’s early development.
