It is not just striving for a great looking building to be published in a magazine. It is about assisting our clients in achieving their dreams, making their building projects successful. Design Excellence Design Excellence means making sure that the client’s needs are met, that the end-users have a great space to occupy and use, that the functions needed are served well, and that the building is tuned to its environment so it will perform for comfort and efficiency that improves occupant health and the owner’s maintenance and utility costs. Integrity Integrity is a key ingredient of how we operate. First, in the design of buildings, we believe the buildings should have integrity structurally, aesthetically, mechanically, etc. All aspects of the design should be true to their intended purpose and should be in harmony from the overall building and site design down to the smallest window jamb detail. Second, on a professional level, integrity is crucial. This affects every level of work. Value Everybody has limits to their finances. The client should feel confident that their architect is providing them high quality service for the money they are spending. Construction projects are huge investments.
