Integrity is a key ingredient of how we operate. First, in the design of buildings, we believe the buildings should have integrity structurally, aesthetically, mechanically, etc. All aspects of the design should be true to their intended purpose and should be in harmony from the overall building and site design down to the smallest window jamb detail. Second, on a professional level, integrity is crucial. This affects every level of work.
