About Delaware EPSCoR
Delaware EPSCoR strategically directs federal investments in research infrastructure to support scientific research, STEM education, and economic development in our state. The Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) is a federal grant program led by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to help states develop their research capabilities and institutions. Our partner institutions include the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Delaware Technical Community College, and Wesley College. Our current Research Infrastructure Improvement (RII) grant, which includes both federal and state support, is titled "Meeting Delaware's 21st Century Water and Energy Challenges Through Research, Education, and Innovation."
