It's time to take a stand against the biggest bully on the online playground. I'm referring to Ripoff Report and if you're not familiar with the notorious consumer complaints website, its stringent non-removal policies and highly profitable (borderline extortionist) business model, then you probably don't own a business or hang around a lot of local business owners. If you have heard of Ripoff Report, then you probably do own a business and either you or people close to you have been posted about on the site.
When potential customers see the negative reviews and comments about you on Ripoff Report, there's no question it's bad for business. If its offers any consolation though, it should be mentioned that being posted on Ripoff Report means nothing more than you own a business that makes more. Seriously, just about every business that has a steady flow of customers will ends up on Ripoff Report sooner or later. Look at it more as a right of passage than a fault on your part.
