Project Engineering Services: • Engineering feasibility study • Conceptual and detail design development • Design optimization • Ensure energy and sustainability aspects are incorporated into design in alignment with corporate sustainability goals • LEED Enhanced Commissioning • Assist in measurement & verification for submission of M&V data to utility service providers for review and approval of rebate application • Act as owner’s representative for witnessing factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, start-up, commissioning, qualification and validation activities • Perform “quality” field walks during construction phase of the project to ensure effective and efficient resolutions of field conflicts • Prepare, track and monitor “punch list” items identified during the field walk and ensure timely completion of all items • Review “As-built” drawings, approved equipment packages, final commissioning documents and warranty documents to ensure accurate project documents are delivered to facility management prior to project close out. Project Management Services: • Prepare project charter/objectives and plan • Key stakeholder analysis • Prepare project budget/cost estimates • Prepare project execution plan • Prepare project tracking, monitoring and control plan • Track, monitor and control project progress • Prepare periodic project progress reports, metrics and dashboards • Lead start-up, commissioning, qualifications and validation activities • Facilitate and capture project lessons learned • Lead project turn over and close out activities • Prepare project close out report.
