We’re committed to providing our clients with top-notch professional services to ensure systems and procedures are in place so, timely information on deviations against the plan are available so actions can be taken to keep construction projects on-time and on-budget. Delfos Consulting can also add value on early stages of a project. When a hiring a full-time project controls is not yet justified, we can provide help with critical and adding value activities: Validating an estimate, estimating owner’s cost, creating and organizational chart, helping to define how the data will flow from the EPCM consultant to the owner’s systems, defining governance procedures, facilitating risk review meetings, reviewing project execution plans and schedules, etc.
