Deliberate Direction LLC

Deliberate Direction LLC was created when Mandy Cooley realized that the direction she was facing was not so deliberate at all. With a background in education, management, leadership, coaching, and human resources, Mandy formed a program, known as Deliberate Careers, for those who don’t yet know what they want to be when they grow up. This program incorporates a deeper look at the duty, design, development and domain of a person that ultimately points to a career path. As a natural follow-up to the Deliberate Careers program, Deliberate Search was created to assist and support job seekers in three key areas of job seeking: strategy, personal branding, and accountability. Additionally, Mandy realized these same components of a Deliberate Career, when put into play in a small businesses, make a very effective and successful workplace.
