Delight was founded with the intention to make authentic Yoga accessible to everyone. What started as one studio on the Weteringschans in Amsterdam has now grown into five studios in Amsterdam and Den Haag, an online platform, an extensive program of workshops and courses, and personal treatments and consultations that help people around the world feel connected in mind, body, and heart. We envision a world of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, and we believe that Yoga & Ayurveda give us the tools we need to make this our reality. Delight makes authentic Yoga & Ayurveda accessible to everyone. Whether you are looking to support your mental wellbeing, physical health or find balance in your daily life, we are delighted to help you find your own path. At Delight, we are dedicated to honouring and sharing the roots of Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga and Ayurveda are two “sister” practices that originated in India thousands of years ago. They go hand in hand - while Yoga takes care of physical and mental well-being from the inside out, Ayurveda does so from the outside in. We offer authentic Yoga and Ayurveda in multiple ways within Delight's four branches: Delight Studios Connect to mind, body, and heart through daily yoga classes held in our five studios in Amsterdam & Den Haag. Delight Academy We offer workshops, courses and study programs for you to explore the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda. Whether you want to deepen your personal practice or complete an accredited Yoga Teacher training or Ayurveda Practitioner Study program, there are many paths for you to take.
