Matt Facchina, President and founder of Delmarva Site Development, Inc., has grown the company into a well recognized contractor in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and surrounding states. After spending 15 years in the heavy civil construction industry with several national firms focusing on underground metro construction and heavy highway construction, Facchina decided he wanted to create a company that was more focused on personal attention for both employees and customers. More than a decade later, he still manages clients directly, and Delmarva has earned a reputation for relentlessly performing the most difficult projects and tasks.
