Delos's scientific research with experts in the health sciences, building sciences and behavioural sciences led to the creation of the WELL Building Standard, administered by the International WELL Building Institute, with over 365 WELL certified projects in 63 countries around the world and more than 4,700 project registered to achieve the certification.
