Delphi Lodge is a delightful 1830s country house estate and fishing lodge in one of the most spectacular settings in Connemara Ireland. It offers charming accommodations, glorious scenery, great food, and total tranquility. Located in a wild and unspoiled valley of extraordinary beauty, the 1000-acre Delphi estate is one of Ireland’s hidden treasures. The historic lodge, famous as a holiday hideaway, is surrounded by the tallest mountains in Connemara and overlooks the lakes and rivers of the Delphi valley famous for their salmon and sea trout fishing. This beautiful lodge has 13 comfortable bedrooms one of which is a large family suite and three which can be either twin or triple rooms. On the Estate 6 old world self catering cottages , A large oak dining table, an old tradition for all guests to dine together, a snooker room and three old world reception rooms with log fires all combine to ensure that our guests have a warm, relaxing and friendly experience throughout their stay. Although many guests come for a week, we also welcome shorter stays and nightly rates are available. To enjoy the "Delphi Experience," however, we recommend a stay of at least two nights. The lodge is also available for exclusive use for small weddings and private house parties for groups of up to 28 guests, We are also ideally suited to hosting smaller family gatherings, shooting parties, walking groups and corporate events.
