Delta Community Supports, Inc. (“Delta”) is a non-profit corporation, operating in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since 1977, Delta has been empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives through a wide-range of community-based services. From our foster care and adoption services to support services for adults with developmental disabilities, we help people grow and thrive through all stages of life. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals and families through outstanding community-based supports and mutually rewarding relationships.

Delta has been commended for our steadfast commitment to the inclusion of fathers in our service delivery models for families and children and we're a designated 3FA (Father Friendly Flagship) agency. In 2014, Delta became Pennsylvania's first approved partner of the Wyman Center in St. Louis, MO, which developed and field-tested the nationally recognized Teen Outreach Program (TOP®) model. Delta was also selected to receive the Gold Award for Health Leadership Excellence by Mainstay/My25. Mainstay and its choice-based My25 programs are the primary accelerator within the human services industry regarding health outcomes improvement related to healthy weight status, diabetes, and other social determinants of health. We develop best practices in all areas and continually strive for excellence.
