Delta Fire Systems was formed in 1963 by two fire protection engineers, William A. Pickett and Nels C. Sparr. Bill and Nels wanted to build a professional organization that they could be personally proud of. With that goal, their leadership, and the ability to attract good people, Delta Fire has grown to be one of the largest and most respected fire protection contractors in the inter-mountain area.
Delta Fire currently employs about 200 people and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. With branch offices in Nevada (Reno), Utah (Salt Lake City & Saint George), and Idaho (Boise, Twin Falls, & Idaho Falls), we conduct business throughout the entire western United States.
As a part of the APi Group family of companies, Delta Fire has been able to benefit from the synergy of more than 40 organizations including competitive manufacturer pricing, robust insurance and bonding, and extensive safety and leadership training and resources. We are an industry leader in the installation of fire sprinkler, pre-action, foam, deluge, clean agent fire suppression, fire alarm, security/access control, and wet & dry chemical fixed suppression systems.
