Delta’s RMC Motion Controllers handle systems with up to 50 axes. With built-in Ethernet and many supported industrial communications protocols, connectivity to nearly any PLC or HMI is possible. RMCs are designed to optimize challenging applications with an analog resolution up to 18 bits for both inputs and outputs, and control loop times down to 125 μsec. The RMC200 Standard is for large applications with up to 50 axes of motion, and the RMC200 Lite handles up to 18 axes. The RMC150 supports up to 8 axes, and the RMC75 handles systems with 1 to 2 axes.
The RMC200, RMC150, and RMC75 are programed via the same powerful RMCTools software package. RMCTools is used for setting up, tuning, troubleshooting, programming, and controlling all features of Delta's motion controllers. RMCTools is a development environment, which allows for plotting, logging, and programming, providing an immediate overview and easy access to all aspects of your motion application. Connect RMCTools via USB, Ethernet, or RS-232 serial. Supported operating systems include Windows 11/10/8.1/7.
