We have been helping people with all their property requirements for the past 45 years. It all started on Turf Club Street in Johannesburg in 1976 when Colin and Cesar Rodrigues opened Delta Estates. They offered a highly personalised service to their clients who trusted them to assist with their property investment decisions.
Over a period of more than four decades we have built lasting relationships with our clients by offering them a consistently high level of service. We believe that it is our focus on people that sets us apart and we have always concentrated on first understanding our clients’ needs and their unique situations and then guiding them through the process of making the right decisions about their properties.
Over the years we have built a reputation of training and developing some of the best people in the business. From our rigorous recruitment process to the ongoing training and mentoring, we ensure that our people are best equipped to provide our clients with the highest level of service.
Since 2012 Delta has been under the capable ownership and management of Marc Rodrigues and Michael Sears. Coming from different industry backgrounds they have brought new expertise to the businesses which now operates from our offices based on 6th Street in Parkhurst. We have ambitious plans for the future but at the same time will never lose sight of our past and the relationships that got us here.
