Delve is an emotional management app that helps busy people manage their emotions. This is done through an on-the-spot emotional management tool, as well as personalised daily and weekly workout programmes. Delve provides what the user needs, when they need it, suited for any aspect of their active life.
We draw upon the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness to deliver tailored content for the user while mapping the individuals emotional health over time.
