Our group consists of individuals with backgrounds such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Finance Management, Sustainability and Real Estate Development etc. The main core of DEM Infra has over 80 years of experience put together and they have come on one table to bring absolutely impeccable service standards to the industry. We intend to reduce costs by "charging as professionals for service and not as developers for profit". The fabric of the real estate industry has completely changed in the last few years mandating us to embark on the change in perspective from being developers to sheer professionals. The overall transparency brought about by systemic changes like RERA and GST now require transparency and commitment to time, quality and cost. We provide the same with the combination of use of modern management systems with traditional experience of building buildings. We at DEM Infra firmly have our belief rooted that profits are not the drivers of the industry. This fallacy is the reason because of which the industry has seen rollercoaster days.
