Over 27 years of experience in the management of high-quality property developments including 10 years of experience within Local Government in multiple jurisdictions.
Project Director of various complex multi-stage developments.
Experience working with financiers as funder side project management and superintendent services to deliver distressed projects to completion and allow returns.
Specialisation in management of large scale subdivisions of land and servicing approvals.
Roadblocks are normal! Greg manages the hurdles of all levels of government and relevant Authorities to facilitate resolution
