Firmamız sanayi sektöründe faaliyetine 2004 yılında soğuk çekme ve soğuk haddeleme yöntemiyle yuvarlak ve lama kesitlerinde tel,çubuk ve bobin üretimi ile başlamıştır.
2005 yılının sonuna kadar İstanbul Pendik’te 1000 m² alanda faaliyetlerine devam etmiş olup 2006 yılında Tuzla Deri Organize sanayi Bölgesine taşınmıştır. Burada artan piyasa talepleri doğrultusunda ikinci fabrikasını kurmuş olup farklı bir sektör olan Pvc Aksesuarları ve İspanyolet Üretimine başlamıştır.
2015 yılı başında Eskişehir Organize Sanayi Bölgesine taşınılmış olup 7000 m² alanda halen üretimine imalatçı ve İhracatçı bir firma olarak devam etmektedir.
2015 yılı sonu itibariyle, Demar Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi olan firmamızın unvanı, Demar Çelik Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi olarak değiştirilmiştir.
