Dementia Support Team

DST was created specifically to address the day to day concerns and challenges of people caring for a Person Living With Dementia (PLWD). Our services aim to provide families and carepartners with the confidence and tools they need to navigate the unique situations that come with supporting a PLWD. Our practice is based entirely on practical, hands-on methods that are centered in positivity with the goal of allowing your PLWD the ability to maintain their independence. DST’s services include consultations, a comprehensive series of workshops, and engagement packages.
