The first De Miami chocolates were made in the year 2005 as a hobby and fun activity. These home grown fiavours quickly became popular in neighbourhood and then among select corporates. In 2014, on demand and for love of its patrons’, De Miami expanded its chocolate operations to a full fledged company and a modern factory. De Miami's signature offerings are a wide variety and natural mouth watering "ganache," or praline fillings, that is inserted into a moulded shell of high quality chocolate. Our ‘Chocolate Truffles’, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, icing sugar, cocoa powder or chopped toasted nuts (typically hazelnuts, almonds or coconut), usually in a spherical, conical, or curved shape, bring out some of the best international flavours that we have as part of our offering. Over the years, De Miami built up a repertoire of distinctive products and one of which is delightful ‘Chocolate fudge’. With its teasingly chewy consistency and a buttery, chocolatey mouth feel in distinct flavours, De Miami chocolate fudge is one of its kind. At De Miami chocolates are pure passion and that is why we play with the world’s finest Coverture chocolate. Our constant effort is to bring forth new and distinctive flavours which are divine and fulfilling, besides being healthy and pure. We do not use any essence, artificial flavouring, preservatives or unhealthy substitutes in any of our products. All our products have natural flavours and real fruit.
