DemocraSEE is Democracy 2.0. We are learning how to create safe and constructive digital citizen assembly forums for progress that is focused on local needs and concerns. This is a cooperative, open-sourced agile journey to educate and empower citizens (voters and nonvoters alike) with transparency and action for local civic engagement. This is also a digital ecosystem for citizen empowered legislation and resource management. Citizens are encouraged to share their skills and earn badges to showcase their value in their communities.
