DempseyGill is a design/build construction company helping business owners and developers in the hospitality, retail, and light industrial market sectors with projects ranging in size from 200K to 20M. The company’s experienced staff are uniquely suited to support clients who need heavy front-end project support. DempseyGill leverages planning process knowledge, design and subcontractor relationships, and construction best practices to deliver cost-effective, thought-of-everything, no-surprise projects that fulfill its clients’ business needs and wants. Back-of-a-napkin dreams, stuck-in-the-muck projects, and shovel-ready plans are all welcome. Founded in 2011, DempseyGill is a family-owned business with heritage that can be traced back to Dempsey Gill, the family’s patriarch. Dempsey hails from a time when hard work, craftsmanship, and handshake-agreements were the norm. We wish to preserve these, and other values Dempsey lived and passed down to us through his daughter, grandson, and great grandson – our current company chairman.
