DEM Services is a company that specialises in Pharmaceutical and Advanced Manufacturing Industries. We provided services as client representative for Design, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification phases of a project. DEM Services identifies common inefficiencies within project execution strategies in relation to data management, project status and reporting. We developed a Modular Agile Project Platform (MAPP) which relates project phases ensuring all required data is live, accessible and controlled. This MAPP platform is driven throughout the Commissioning and Qualification phases of a project. DEM Services deliver MAPP through the execution of the project CQV resource structure those ensuring that MAPP is deployed ready for success.
