Operating through three integrated divisions—Dena Phoenix Foundation, Dena Phoenix Fund, and Dena Phoenix Builders—we offer wraparound support to homeowners, investors, and under-resourced communities. The Foundation provides client intake, technical assistance, and donor-supported gap funding. The Fund acquires and redevelops vacant or fire-damaged lots through ethical, community-first investment.
