Denham Bramwell was established in 2014 by Brett Abraham, Fiona Cowan, Sarah Vyle, and the late John Delugar and Peter Webb. The firm has grown rapidly to establish itself as a mid-size general practice Auckland law firm.
In 2021, Nola McGowan joined the firm through a merger with Vlatkovich and McGowan and in May 2024, Brooke Glasgow, Emma Boad and Anna Fuiava were internally promoted to the partnership. In April 2025, Nola moved into a consulting role, creating a senior leadership team of six partners.
We specialise in property law, family law, estates wills & trusts, dispute resolution, litigation, and commercial and business law.
Our diverse team is currently spread between three offices, Manukau, Albany and Whangaparaoa. The common bond that pulls our people together is a deep respect and genuine care for our clients and the communities in which we work and live.
