I offer a variety of workshops & classes that include: Intro to Energy Clearing Heart Boundary and Body Boundary Strengthening Drumming for Indigenous Women in Recovery Cleansing for Recovery Balance and The Medicine Wheel As a long term member of the White Bison Wellbriety Movement, I am convinced that Medicine Wheel and Earth Centered Teachings are extremely helpful for everyone in any kind of Healing Path.
