There are three subjects that no dentist likes talking about: embezzlement, negligence and driving
accountability… all are areas that I love and have partnered with over 20 dental practice leaders on.
I love helping dentists get closer to doing what they love while worrying less about the financials and
office operations. Instead of serving one dental practice at a time, I wanted to be able to impact as
many as possible! Thus, I launched Dental Advisor Group. We are here to reduce your exposure to
embezzlement and negligence, while increasing efficiency, revenue, and profits. Our partnership will
make it easier for you to lead your team and practice.
I began my career in the dental field as a dental assistant in 1996. After two years of chair-side
assisting, I began working in the front and, over the course of 27+ years, I learned important skills in
marketing, treatment planning, insurance, management, staff training, and how to keep a cash
patient long term. My work experience includes successfully managing an office with two dentists
and four hygienist prior to being a crucial part of the initial team of a successful start-up paperless
dental office.
My experience leaves me well-versed in dental practice management, insurance programs and
patient management to drive increased revenue with strong profits, while ensuring patient
engagement and high rates of collections across multiple providers. I am an effective co-leader
adept at employee training and supervision, inventory oversight and database administration.
