BME Student Scientific Association of SRBIAU

Biomedical Engineering (BME) Student Scientific Association of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch (SRBIAU) is a student-based association established on October,1st 2020. The main goal of the association is to provide an opportunity for biomedical engineering students and graduates to achieve their academic goals. The association is also trying to cooperate with international organizations to develop its skills in response to the educational needs of students and graduates. BME Student Scientific Association specializes in providing educational webinars and seminars, organizing workshops, offering consulting about the manufacture, importation, exportation, and distribution of medical equipment and supplies, and covering the latest news about various fields of biomedical engineering including Bioelectric, Biomechanics, Biomaterials, Tissue Engineering, and Rehabilitation Engineering for undergraduates and graduates to develop their knowledge and skills. Furthermore, another goal of the association is to familiarize the students and graduates with the professional working environment by making effective and efficient communication between the university and the industry. Consisting of more than 1300 active members, the association ranked 1st among other active associations of the Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch, and is proudly in the Top 20 Scientific Associations of Iran.
