Before establishing the company almost 20 years ago, Wayne was an installer who learned the impact glass and shutter business from the ground up. He created DS&G in 2000 and grew the company into a successful, respected entity. Today, there are more than 50 employees in our fully-staffed customer service, installation and maintenance departments.
