De Pessoa Pra Pessoa

We work to generate social change – from small behaviors to big attitudes. We facilitate human and organizational development, meaningful learning and we speak closely “From Person to Person” (De Pessoa Pra Pessoa). Our solutions facilitate and strengthen, especially, psycho emotional health, family friendly culture and humanization of the workplace, through solutions for all employees. We speak with everyone, from upper management to the base of the pyramid, from the leaders to the leaded – with people. We facilitate Conversation Circles, give lectures, do webinars, workshops, learning and reflection pills – in audio (podcasts) and video formats, we approach various subjects, including those perceived as taboos. We do this in a very natural and humane manner, embracing everyone. The basis of our work are the relationships, a network of support and embrace, the knowledge we’ve acquired throughout life and the appreciation of our present experience – that which we think and feel in the exact moment we’re living in. We are inspired by the humanist approach from Carl Rogers, the Person Centered Approach. We have come into close contact with methodologies such as: lifelong learning, microlearning, rapid learning and inner present learning, which is the validation of this internal experience that brings us conclusions, questionings and makes us take the next step towards that which we call: decisions. We do all of this in a collaborative manner. Joining us, Anne Bertoli and Brunna Martinato, united in this idea of working especially after maternity, which was a development portal that transformed our lives, are many partners, psychologists, facilitators, specialists and our clients.
