Founded in 1978, we aim to empower women and reduce inequality by providing support and guidance in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
We offer counselling, mental health and domestic violence support, advice services, workshops and courses, and creative and social activities. All of our services are confidential and open to all women regardless of situation or background. We are a registered charity (1135743).
