Derech Eretz

Since 2011, Derech Eretz has been operating pluralistic social-educational leadership programs for hundreds of Israeli youth and young adults, making sure our programs are accessible to those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Programs are offered at the important junctures of early adult life, and on a continuum – from the time high school finishes, before military service, throughout military service, and during the transition back into adult civilian life. The organization’s ultimate vision is to bring about change that will foster a cohesive society based on a sense of belonging and mutual responsibility among Israel’s diverse populations, promoting tolerance and love of Israel. 'דרך ארץ' הינה עמותה חינוכית-חברתית הפועלת בנגב ומפעילה תכניות לבני נוער וצעירים מכלל החברה הישראלית, בדגש על הנגשת התכניות לבני נוער וצעירים מהפריפריה הגיאוגרפית והפריפריה החברתית-כלכלית. העמותה הוקמה בשנת 2011. חזון העמותה הינו לחולל שינוי אשר יתרום לחברה ישראלית מלוכדת המבוססת על תחושת שייכות ואחריות הדדית בין אזרחיה השונים, ופועלת לאור ערכים של שוויון הזדמנויות, סובלנות, אחריות, אהבת אדם ואהבת הארץ.
