Since leaving the British Army in 2012, I have been running my own Personal Training business, offering both online programming and 1-2-1 in-person coaching. As a man in his 30's, I can completely relate to what it takes to get in shape and find a life balance. I'm here to help you take a smart approach towards your training, achieve your fitness goals, and keep your body running strong. Fitness has always been a priority to me and a huge part of my life. In my professional career, I served 8 years in the British Army in 9 Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers, followed by a 9-year career as a Personal Trainer in the city of London.
