Starting out as a sole proprietor, Derick Funnell Properties back in 1998, it was then transformed and changed to the modern era of real estate, rebranding to "Funnell Properties Pty Ltd" by Principal, Brendon Funnell (Master Practitioner Real Estate - NQF5/PDE5), in 2012. Having grown organically on reputation in the market place, and now over 15 agents across the board, we firmly believe that integrity, professionalism and relationships that are built on trust are essential to doing good business.
