Derman.ca Inc. is an online full relocation service provider for international students, it has streamlined the process for selection of an academic institution, housing, and several associated services that international students have unanimously voted are lacking when they move to Canada. Analyzed the international student market and conducted a survey among 2,000 international students to understand what is the missing link in international student success rates. • Initiated a formulated system for the top five biggest issues an international student faces when coming to Canada to study. • Recruited and motivated multiple interns and employees in multi-disciplinary fields to streamline the process of relocation to Canada in one systematic approach • Developed and negotiated a partnership with Agents and Agencies among seven countries around the globe for our recruiting efforts. • Promoted and contracted over ten schools across Canada for partnership in their recruitment efforts • Developed and budgeted a social media marketing plan in a global scale • Managed several teams and delivered on our clients’ expectations of higher success rates. • This company is a work in progress and is growing vertically as well as horizontally into new fields.
