DERMATEC, CRO until now specialized in dermo-cosmetology and biometrology (skin assessment in vivo) is expanding its activities by taking over LyREC multi-thematic division and integrating complementary support services.
Thus our developed network of scientific and medical experts allows to advise in setting up and carrying out clinical tests (nutrition, gastroenterology, vaccination, angiology, endocrine, internal medicine, pediatrics, allergology, immunology …).
The reconciliation of our structure with an expert laser center (http://www.laser-medouest.com/) allows us to propose protocols involving aesthetic acts and new innovative medical treatments such as laser, LED, peel, injectable under controlled conditions and respect for volunteers.
Due to the diversity of its activities and its positioning, DERMATEC works with many partners to focus on innovation (permanent instrument watch) while maintaining a high technical mastery of measurements (repeatability, repositioning) . Thus we set up personalized protocols on healthy volunteers or presenting dermatoses or other pathologies associating biometrology adapted to the objectives to reach (discussion with specialists, doctors, researchers, clinicians, ...) going from the simple measurement of hydration, from TEWL (Trans Epidermal Water Loss) to taking pictures (global, polarized, C-Cube), confocal microscopy, high-resolution ultrasound, measurements that are then analyzed and interpreted by experts.
Data processing and data security is a key point for the success of a project, which is why DERMATEC has chosen the electronic CRF (e-CRF), thus making it possible to highlight major assets: transparency, responsiveness, connectivity.
We also have partners abroad (US, Asia, South Africa, MENA) to expand our offer while highlighting the map of innovation. It is in this context that Dermatec in partnership with Orion concept and Biometrix launched in April 2018 wwi: WorldWide Innotest (http://www.worldwideinnotest.com/).
