Our Managing Director Andrea Dermody, is deputy chair of the financial services sub-committee of the 30% Club in Ireland. This role included leading their pivotal research project, “Making the Change Count” and she was also a founding member of the country steering committee for OUTstanding in Ireland at its inception in 2017, driving LGBT+ inclusion across Irish industry. Andrea has also contributed as a Senior Consultant with the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion and delivers on their pivotal Leadership Development for Women programme. Working in area she is passionate about Andrea has also been appointed as Programme Director for Balance for Better Business an Irish Government inititative of senior business leaders representative of diverse business sectors coming together as an independent business-led Review Group to accelerate the process of change. The group examines and inquires into the gender mix within the governance and senior management of companies in Ireland, the issues which arise in connection with the appointment of company directors and senior management, and make recommendations with a view to achieving gender balance in business leadership. Our clients include semi-state utility organisations, global insurance companies, technology startups and multi-national construction organisations.
