Dermoscopy Excellence

Dermoscopy Excellence is a training project developed in the 2017 by Giuseppe Argenziano, former President of the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS), full Professor and Head of the Dermatology Unit at the University of Campania, Naples, Italy, Co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of Dermatology Practical and Conceptual Journal, and Aimilios Lallas, current President of the International Dermoscopy Society (IDS) and Board-Certified Dermatologist-Venereologist at the First Department of Dermatology of Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. Their friendship, their cooperation and frequent collaborations and participations in numerous congresses make the Dermoscopy Excellence training the distinctive engaging element of the training course. With Dermoscopy Excellence, our professors want to provide to doctors specialized in dermatology all the available theoretical knowledge on dermoscopic criteria and to guide them towards a profitable use of dermoscopy in their daily practice. Our annual appointment with the international masterclass was attended by participants from more than 50 countries. After the previous four sold out editions, from 2022 a new excellent format has been developed, the Digital Training, to meet the demand for knowledge of the fundamental criteria of dermoscopy.
