Welcome to my page! I always put my clients personal choice, values and strengths at the core of my treatment approach. Why? Because I believe effective change can only happen when you are the driver of the change. I do not believe in the “one size fits all model." I embrace the opportunity to be creative, explorative, and real to your experience. Across the years, I incorporated individualized, strength and values based interventions into evidence base practices (check out the section on "Therapeutic Interventions Utilized). For years, I helped children and adults impacted by Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression and interpersonal relationship challenges. I had the opportunity to support adults and parents navigating personal stressors, relationship dilemma's, and co-parenting challenges. I’ve worked individually with middle age adults and elderly navigating life transitions such as divorce, relationships, career changes, cultural adjustments, being new parents, being “empty nesters”, and being a care taker for their loved ones. Across my work, I've embraced the fact that YOU are the expert on YOU. I am here in my humble way to gently guide you, help you process, and teach skills that help bring out the best in you.
